As they turned for home Damien Thornton asked Jimmy to lengthen stride and he quickly put a couple of lengths on his rivals, and held them comfortably at bay down the long straight winning in fine style by 2.25 lengths and stopping the clock at 1.08.99s for the 1200m.
Jimmy has put together an impressive record of 5 wins from his first 10 starts, and deserves another crack at Saturday metro class!
