Heywood took out an easy win at Morphettville Parks today, and took another step in his short but exciting career!
The 4yo gelding has come along way in his 6 start career to date. he jumped into a lovely position tracking the speed, and with young Campbell Rawiller on board, he was travelling under a good hold approaching the turn, with the speed on.
He peeled off the leaders back entering the straight and quickly sprinted to the lead and put a couple of lengths on his rivals and held that margin strongly, running right through the line.
It was an easy watch for The Dreamers, and there looks to be lots of exciting times ahead!
