Ridden perfectly by Group 1 jockey Mark Zahra, Open Minded settled in a perfect position 1 out 1 back, and was there tp pounce on the leaders as they turned for home.
The big striding son of Jimmy Choux, balanced up and blended in at the 200m point to take control of the race, and win strongly on the line.
He is a raw, progressive horse that has alot of upside, and his rise through the grades has been impressive to date.
He will have to take another step next start, but he is a 3yo gelding with plenty of scope, so it could be an exciting ride!!
