SHUFETISH lights up the Cranbourne Trials!

The Dream Girls Syndicate watched their Flying Spur filly SHUFETISH burn up the turf at the Cranbourne Trials today in Heat 7 against 3yo fillies over 800m.

Shufetish ridden by stable jockey Daniel Moor jumped evenly with the field from barrier 1, and sat on pace, until she pushed up underneath approaching the turn, and when asked by D. Moor to let down, put a couple of lengths break on the chasing pack, extending that over the last 100m to a register a 10 length win.

More impressively was the time registered for the trial being the fastest of the day at 47.53secs on a track rated a Heavy 8.

Shufetish was having her second trial this preparation and she is now fit and ready to launch her Spring campaign in the next 7-10 days.

The Dream Girls were very excited with the result and let everyone on Social Media know how proud they were of their girl!

Lonhmacc won Heat 18 over 990m. to top off an very successful day for the Dream Stable.

Ridden by Group 1 winning jockey Michael Rodd, the regal looking black Lonhro colt, Lonhmacc was tradesmanlike in his win.

He dwelt slightly before rallying through the field to lead comfortably and M. Rodd allowed him to stride out under his own steam. Rounding the turn into the straight, Lonhmacc was shaken up and fought through to the finish to win the trial narrowly, in a time of 62.79 secs.

Lonhmacc is ready to head to the races in the next 7-10 days to start off his Spring campaign.

It going to be an exciting Spring for the Dream Team!
